Development Roadmap
Our roadmap is divided into three strategic phases designed to continuously evolve and enhance DMS:
-
Phase 1: Minimal Viable Product (MVP)
- Establish core modules and pilot interfaces.
- Deploy essential communication, data fusion, and control layers.
- Core ROS2 architecture, initial AI, and single‑satellite communication.
- Pilot with selected legacy BMS to validate real-time ops.
- Provide digital twin and training environments for feedback.
-
Phase 2: Integration & Expansion
- Test and refine core modules with real-world data and feedback.
- Broaden legacy system interoperability and introduce enhanced AI capabilities.
- Integrate autonomous robotics, AR interfaces, and advanced decision support.
- Broaden partnerships to include additional legacy platforms and allied systems.
-
Phase 3: Global Deployment & Advanced Capabilities
- Transition to a full satellite constellation for worldwide coverage.
- Deploy next‑generation features including directed energy and resilient communication systems.
- Transition to a full satellite constellation (~300 satellites).
- Deploy advanced R&D outcomes, e.g. directed energy, resilient comm systems, and extended AI analytics.
